It is harder than ever in our modern world to eat and be healthy. So much of what we eat is either bad or does nothing for our bodies.
Make it a point to start being more healthy by replacing one thing a day you eat that is bad with something good. For example, replace that bowl of processed cereal you have for breakfast with an apple or two. Even better, ensure your apple is locally or home grown!
Another thing you can do is add exercise to your daily schedule. You don’t have to change your lifestyle to spend an extra 5 or 10 minutes a day walking or doing some other healthy activity. Park your car further away at work, take the stairs instead of the elevator, wash your car by hand instead of taking it to the car wash.
A little Awareness goes a long way to help you come up with ideas to increase your health. It’s not always about adding things to your life or schedule to be more healthy, much of the time you can be healthier by stopping something or taking things out of your schedule.
